Do we need a new website?
No. We work with your school's existing website.
Which website platforms can you support?
WordPress and other content management systems, from simple websites to more complex setups. We'll review your platform and access before confirming the scope.
What counts as a job?
One standard content update, such as a change to one page, publishing a newsletter or adding photos to a page. We'll flag larger or multi-part requests before proceeding.
What if we need more updates this month?
Just email us. If the updates can wait, we'll schedule them for next month and count them towards that month's allowance. If they're needed now, we can agree to complete up to two extra standard jobs this month in exchange for a one-month upgrade to the next plan starting next month. We'll confirm the work, the next month's price and the return date before starting. No part-month charges.
Can we move back down after one month?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. We can agree on a one-month upgrade and a return to your previous plan the month after, all in the same email. You'll have a fresh allowance in each monthly plan period. No need to chase us to change back.
Can we cancel at any time?
Absolutely. Just email us. Your plan stays active until the end of your current paid monthly period, then stops. No long-term contracts, cancellation fees or surprise charges. If you've agreed to move up a plan next month but cancel before that month starts, the upgrade won't go ahead. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unchanged.
What if Gold isn't enough?
Gold includes eight standard jobs each month. If you need more than that, we'll discuss your requests and agree the scope and price of any extra work before starting. The two-extra-jobs upgrade option applies only when moving from Bronze to Silver or Silver to Gold.
Do unused jobs carry over to next month?
No. Your plan includes a fresh allowance of jobs each month. Unused jobs expire at the end of your monthly plan period and do not roll over.
How do we pay?
We email a simple monthly invoice. Your school can pay by bank transfer using the details on the invoice. No credit card, payment portal or automatic card charges.
Will staff need another system?
Not for routine requests. You can send the approved updates through using your usual email.
Who approves what goes online?
Your school stays in control of content and approvals. We make the agreed changes and confirm the result.
