Who we are
Swissly is a Melbourne-based Australian business helping schools across Australia with content updates to their existing websites. For questions about your information, email support@swissly.com.au.
What you share with us
If you send a website enquiry, we receive your name, work email address, school name, your message and any other details you choose to provide, such as a phone number and the address of your school's website. We also receive information you share when you email us directly.
Please don't send passwords, student records or other sensitive school information through our contact form or initial email.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, discuss a website update or an agreed service, and maintain records needed to follow up on your request. We don't sell your contact details. We won't add you to unrelated promotional mailing lists just because you've contacted us.
Who helps us handle enquiries
Our website uses Netlify to host the site and receive contact-form submissions. Netlify stores submitted form details and can send notifications to our email inbox. We also use an email hosting provider for messages sent to and from Swissly. Some of these providers may process or store data outside Australia.
Keeping information safe
We use access controls to limit who can handle enquiries. We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, any ongoing service and applicable record-keeping needs. We can review and delete information that is no longer needed.
Questions, corrections or requests
To ask what contact information we hold about you, request a correction or raise a privacy concern, email support@swissly.com.au. We'll review your request and respond.
We may update this page if our tools or handling practices change.
